PLANET IHD-210 HDMI Extender over IP with PoE delivers a great Full-HD video distribution solution such as bringing an efficient and effective advertising deployment. The IHD-210 series is the combination of the transmitter, IHD-210PT, and the receiver, IHD-210PR. They can distribute HD digital content from multiple sources to practically any number of remote displays on a LAN and deliver ultra high-quality 1080p HDMI video broadcast over IP network. It not only offers vivid 1080p full motion video, but also ensures the sharp images and text give the viewers the maximum visual effect and ease of reading. By cascading multiple Ethernet switches as the backbone of the IHD-210 series, it allows displays to be distributed far away from the source devices while sustaining consistent 1080p video and audio quality. The video sources can be rack centralized, decentralized or even a mixture of both. It thus increases the flexibility, scope and scalability of audio and video distribution via the Ethernet networks.


IR Extension for Controlling Video Source

The IHD-210 series is a perfect solution for audio and video signal extension via the existing LAN. Designed with IR transmitter and receiver interface, it allows users to control the video source at the terminal destination. The IHD-210 series also features bi-directional IR extension and RS232 pass-through allows the user to cascade the system enabling them to extend the transmission distance without signal loss or delay. Its numerical LED indication enables users to recognize immediately the current group ID. It also supports HDMI Local Output function for checking video source conveniently. Besides, with PoE function, there is no additional power supply needed, and the IHD-210 series thus reduces the complexity of cable installation.


Exclusive Video Transmission by IGMP Snooping Technology

One IHD-210PT in local site can drive multiple IHD-210PRs in remote sites without consuming extra network loading. Integrated with PoE switch built-in with IGMP snooping function, there are 64 channels selectable via the IHD-210 series, so video and audio can be transmitted simultaneously. IGMP snooping is an integral part of IP multicast and a communications protocol used by hosts and adjacent routers on IP networks to establish multicast group memberships. IGMP snooping can be used for one-to-many/many-to-many networking applications such as online streaming video and gaming, and allows exclusive transmission and more efficient use of resources.


Video Channel Setting Matches Well through Network Configuration

The IHD-210 series network can be configured by a central computer over the same LAN within a certain distance. Fully leveraging the mature Ethernet switches with 802.1Q VLAN function, multi-casting can be performed to allow more video sources/senders in the network and be remotely managed. Just adjust and match video channel setting with the simple DIP switch in both the IHD-210PT and IHD-210PR. The video distribution is easily deployed through Plug and Play.


High-quality Output and Performance

The IHD-210 series supports Full HD 1080p, HDCP and blu-ray quality, which have been commonly used for applications that require real-time high video resolution and transmission in long distance. It also includes security and noise immunity as well as HDMI with 2-ch uncompressed audio function to offer the superior video distribution.

The VE803 HDMI USB Extender extends an HDMI signal up to 60 meters from the HDMI source using two Cat 5e cables. It is capable of sending 1080i signals up to 60 meters and 1080p signals up to 40 meters.

The VE803 is equipped with USB connectors which allow you to extend any USB device between the units. The USB feature also provides support for touch panel control, allowing you to control the local HDMI source device from the remote display, or control the remote display through the local unit.

The extender features an HDMI loop-through output on the transmitter which allows for simultaneous viewing using local and remote displays. This versatility provides a suitable solution for use in various scenarios such as educational presentation systems, home cinema, entertainment systems, or trade shows. The built in EDID dip switch enables the user to control which EDID is taken from either display, making installation and configuration simple ensuring maximum compatibility with HDMI displays and projectors. PoC allows both power and data signals over a Cat.6 cable in a point to point configuration, adding flexibility as only one power supply is required for both the transmitter and receiver units. Ideal when power outlets are limited.

Featuring IR Pass-through, the source equipment can be seamlessly controlled from the remote displays side of the installation using compatible infrared remote controls. This provides simple and complete control for the user.

USB Over Network
It can support USB version 1.1 from the transmitter to all receivers. Each receiver has two USB ports for adding flexibility. This is for USB peripherals like keyboard, mice, but not applications that demand high bandwidth like interactive displays.

Advanced EDID Copy
A reset button restores EDID to default, or for advanced applications holding either of the reset buttons down will copy the display EDID to the transmitter.

One to Many
Need to display one source on many screens? This product multi-casts, so you can have one transmitter for the source, and over 100 x receivers can sit on the network – one for each display. Only one transmitter per network.

Point to Point without LAN
Connect one transmitter directly to a receiver and completely bypass a network. This will work with a standard CAT6 cable up to 150 m (492 ft) on a high quality cable.

Maximum Length
When using a LAN the signal will be repeated by each node on the network, resulting in unlimited length.

HD
Fully HDCP 1.4 compliant, it supports resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 @ 60 Hz.

Audio
Digital audio which is encoded on the HDMI signal is transmitted.

IR Pass-Through
Control the source device from the display with the IR pass-through. An IR blaster and receiver cable is included, and it supports standard 20-60 kHz IR signals.

Plug and Play
EDID (extended display identification data) is automatically passed through. Just connect everything together and it will work immediately.

H.265 Compression
Video is compressed using the H.265 protocol. Images are full colour with smooth motion.

LAN Protocols
Despite using the standard IP protocols you don’t need to be a network engineer. All end points must be on the same subnet… that’s all you need to know. For best results use a stand-alone network for this system.

Dual-Power
This product requires a power supply for each transmitter and receiver. It does not use PoE.

Unmanaged Switch
Many video-over-IP solutions require a managed switch so that IGMP snooping can be enabled, but in this case no advanced switch setup is required. A low cost unmanaged switch can be used.

Multiple Sources
If you need more than one source to be distributed over one physical LAN you can use Virtual LANs to separate the topologies. The systems are kept separate and cannot be used as a matrix. A DHCP switch assigns IP addresses to each end point and is used to create the vLANs.

Auto Standby
If the input is shut off the display will be allowed to go to sleep.

Not Backward Compatible
This version uses a Sigmastar chipset and is not compatible with the previous v2 product which uses a HiSilicon chipset.
