Description	The CAT-3-ACH handles labels up to 155 mm wide and will wind a roll of labels up to a 280 mm diameter. This unit includes an Ajustable Core Holder (ACH) that accepts any core size from 25mm to 101mm. Torque and Direction are fully controllable from the Control Panel. Dual torque ranges provide plenty of power for use with a LABELMATE Slitter, too. Rugged, heavy-gauge steel construction allows your CAT-3 Rewinder to be simply set in place. Special anti-slip feet keep the unit from moving. Reliable, high quality and maintenance-free, the Heavy-Duty CAT Label Rewinder features a 5-YEAR PARTS and LABOUR LIMITED WARRANTY (1-Year on power supplies), the longest in the industry.	Same features as LD-100-RS but with wider label capacity. Size: W x D x H: 270 x 200 x 270 mm.	The LD-100-U uses a peel and present design with the latest photoelectric technology to dispense all types of labels. A special reflective sensor sits below the label and reliably senses the leading edge of you label. As the operator picks up a label, the next one is automatically and instantly advanced. The label dispenser is equipped with 38mm core holders that accept all cores from 40 to 76mm. External roll diameter is 220mm (265mm with AWB option and 300 with LD-DE option). The set-up is very easy. In less than 30 seconds, there is just one simple adjustment for label lenght. Designed for all-day, everey-day use, the LD-100-U is backed by LABELMATE’s famous 3-YEAR PARTS and LABOUR LIMITED WARRANTY (1 Year on power supplies), assuring you trouble-free performance.
